The Holiday Market at Mercer Museum - Hosted by The Craftery Market

Event is taking place in the historic quad outside at Mercer Museum - 84 S Pine St, Doylestown, PA 18901

Vendor Spaces & Fees

We have two types of booth spaces available for vendors:

10x10 Space (Grassy Area): $225 vendor fee - a 10x10 tent is required for this space

12x14 Space (Bay Area on Gravel): $250 vendor fee - this space is enclosed and is equipped with overhead lighting, so no tent is needed. Limited availability!

Food and drink truck/trailer: $225 vendor fee

Note: When filling out your application, you will be able to specify your preferred booth size. However, please be aware that your requested spot size is not guaranteed. Final booth assignments will depend on overall market layout needs and overall flow.

Weather Conditions & Policy

All booths are located outdoors in a courtyard, so please come prepared for winter weather conditions.

The market is rain or shine and will proceed as planned unless extreme weather poses a safety risk. In the case of inclement or severe weather, the market will be canceled and will not be rescheduled.

If there is extreme weather on the event date and the market is canceled, vendors will receive a 50% credit toward a future market. This credit is redeemable at the time of acceptance to a future market and is valid for one year. Vendors will need to apply as usual for future events in order to redeem their credit within that timeframe.


Vendor Requirements & Recommendations

To ensure a comfortable and safe experience, we highly recommend that vendors:

Bring sides for their tents to retain heat.

Use space heaters. Vendors may use small portable propane heaters or space heaters powered by inverter generators (the quiet type of generator). Non-inverter (loud) generators are not permitted (except for food and drink trucks/trailers). Vendors must provide their own generators.

Illuminate their booths with battery-operated or other self-powered lighting

Please note: Vendors do not have access to electricity.

Next Steps -

  • On August 13, we will send application status emails to all vendors that applied.

  • If you are notified that you’ve made the final vendor list on August 13:

    • You will receive an invoice to pay the vendor fee, due in full by August 20, to secure your spot.

    • If payment is not received by August 20, your vendor spot will be forfeited and offered to the next vendor on the waitlist. We appreciate your understanding and prompt payment!
